The peace of mind of having
strategic direction
every month.
Structured monthly support to maintain and optimize the system defined in the Sprint. It is not management — it is expert criteria by your side continuously, with clear red lines and monthly advance payment.
The same ritual.
Every month.
Review and prioritization
We read the results of the previous month and prioritize the backlog for the new month. We decide where to put the energy with criteria, not by inertia.
Supervised execution
Your team implements. UP! supervises, resolves strategic doubts and keeps the course. Asynchronous support within the agreed scope.
Measurement and adjustment
We review KPIs, adjust actions if necessary and document learnings. The system improves every month because we keep a record of what worked.
Reporting and renewal
Monthly report sent. Invoice for the following month. The cycle is renewed with more context, less friction and increasingly precise decisions.
Why does the Retainer work instead of conventional monthly management?
Because we start from a defined strategy — the Sprint — and every month we work to implement it better, not to fill a content calendar. The scope is defined from day one. No surprises, no unlimited expansion of work.
Clear from day one.

What you might
be wondering.
Why is it necessary to have completed the Sprint first?
Because the Retainer optimizes a system — it does not create it. Without the diagnosis, prioritization and roadmap from the Sprint, monthly work has no clear direction and ends up being a sum of disconnected tasks. The Sprint is the foundation; the Retainer maintains and improves it.
What is the difference compared to conventional monthly management?
Conventional monthly management executes tasks. The Growth Retainer supervises and guides implementation with strategic criteria. Your team executes — UP! ensures that what is executed makes sense to do.
Which level is recommended to start with?
The Standard (€1,200/month) for most post-Sprint businesses. Base is suitable if the monthly volume is very limited. Premium if there is an active internal team that requires intensive supervision.
Is it possible to change levels?
Yes. Every 3 months we review the scope. If the business has grown or needs have changed, we adjust the level upon renewal.
How many tasks can be done per month?
It depends on the level: 4 (Base), 8 (Standard) or 15 (Premium). Tasks outside the agreed backlog are budgeted separately. This is not an arbitrary limit — it is what guarantees that the work done is what truly matters.
How much notice is required to cancel?
30 calendar days. No penalties. The relationship should continue as long as it makes sense for both parties — not because of a contract.
